If you have a room booking you are expected to complete a self check-in. If you don't and damage is found afterwards it could be attributed to you and the associated cost to fix or repair it.

Each resident is allowed 1 guest per week.
If you are bringing a guest into the gym you are expected to register them. It is a privilege not a right to be able to bring an external guests into the gym. Failure to register your guest is a finable offense of $50.

This is used for damage reporting. It for damage you find and damage you perhaps created. Leniency will be given if you report damage. Failure to report damage you created is a $100 fine.
