As of March 16, 2025, all dogs have been required to be DNA registered to remain in Club Gilmore, as well as all Tower 1, 2, and 3 Common Areas. This memo serves a reminder for all Residents of the rules surrounding pet ownership:
Unregistered dogs on Level 4 or Tower Common Areas (lobbies, hallways, and elevators) will result in a $50 fine per occurrence.
Units with unregistered dogs will have two (2) weeks from when they receive their first infraction notice to register and swab their dog to complete the DNA Registration. Failure to comply will result in a $50 fine per week, and a complete Club Gilmore Amenity Ban (Level 4 and Level 6). Bypassing this ban will result in further fines.
All registered dogs must always wear their issued DNA tag when in Common Areas or Club Gilmore. If the tag is not worn, the dog is considered unregistered.
Visitors’ dogs must also be registered to access Club Gilmore (including the Dog Park). If they visit more than twice (2) a month, they must be registered to access the Gilmore Place Towers Common Areas (lobbies, hallways, and elevators).
Pets are not permitted on Level 6, or in any Amenity Room other than the Dog Park and Dog Wash Station.
Failure to clean up pet waste will result in fines and testing fees.
Failure to report accidents in Club Gilmore will result in a one (1) month suspension of Club Gilmore Amenities, and a $100 fine.
