Section B: Notifications & Responsibilities
Resident Access and Responsibility: Access to Club Gilmore requires registration on the strata management notification portal.
Resident Obligation to Stay Informed: Residents are responsible for reviewing and understanding all announcements within one week (7 days) of publication.
Section C: Residents
Safety & Security:
Access Control: No lending fobs or keys to non-residents. Visitors must be accompanied.
Unauthorized Entry: Residents must not allow unknown individuals into the building.
Smoking and Vaping: Prohibited in all common areas and individual units/balconies .
Parking & Traffic Safety:
One decal per parking stall, loaner decals for temporary use only.
Noise Disturbances:
Quiet hours 10pm to 8am.
Move In & Move Out Fees:
$250 damage deposit for move-in and move-out. $250 move-in fee required.
DNA Pet Registration and Waste:
Pet registration required, including DNA saliva cheek swab for dogs.
Pet waste must be cleaned up, and DNA testing may be used to identify offenders.
Operating Short-Term Vacation Accommodation: Strictly prohibited.
Section D: Fob Access Rules:
Fob Allocations: Based on unit size, with options for additional fobs upon request.
Access Types: Building Access-Only and Amenity-Enabled Access (limited to two per unit).
Section E: Tower Common Spaces:
Visitor Parking Area:
Residential Visitors area strictly for guests, not residents.
Section G: Balconies:
No modifications or damage to the building's exterior.
Prohibited items include anything that can fall or blow away.
Propane BBQs and fire pits allowed, coal BBQs prohibited.
Section H: Window Coverings:
Window tinting is prohibited. Specific approved blinds and curtains are listed, others require approval.
