To get access to the Xplor (Club Gilmore's booking system) we require all the paperwork filled out in triplet signed sealed and delivered. Information that must be provided by individuals aged 18 or older to the your concierge is as follows:
All Residents
Name, Phone Number, and Email Address
Unit Usage (Owner Occupied, Tenant Occupied, Owner with Tenants)
Vehicle Information: (Make, Model, License Plate)
Tenants
Form K required? If yes, is it present for all tenants?
Concierge will sign you up for RService notifications
Resident/Owners
Will need to register themselves at https://owners.ranchovan.com/loginend.cfm
Rancho will validate you are an owner this may take a few days
Receiving your login Credentials
This information must be up to date and complete for the efficient operation of the Strata and is required to be complete to get access to the new Club Gilmore Amenity Booking System (Xplor). If the information is all complete, you will receive an email later this week from Club Gilmore communication@xplorrecreation.com with a username and a temporary password to login to Xplor. If you do not receive this email, there is information missing with the concierge that must be addressed.

If any information is incorrect or missing (or if you did not receive an email at all on this topic), please visit your Tower Concierge at your convenience to provide the updated information. They will ask you to fill out a form for completeness.
