Access to Club Gilmore requires residents to be signed up for the strata management notification portal.
The Club Gilmore Committee and the Strata Management Company are responsible for publishing all notifications, memos, and announcements via email through the Strata Management Notification Portal. These updates will also be published and available on the Strata Management Notification Portal for tenants and owners.
Residents cannot share an email address. Your notification email address is used as your login for Xplor booking system and this will also in the future dictate your fob access to Club Gilmore amenities levels.
Once published, it is the sole responsibility of residents to read and understand all announcements and changes within one (1) week of publication.
Failure to review or acknowledge published information will not exempt residents from compliance with updated rules or policies. "I didn't know" is not a valid.
If a member of staff asks for your Tower and Unit details, it is required that all individuals will provide accurate and truthful information.
Any guest or resident caught lying will be issued a $50 fine
Once you are signed up to RService you can login and download the latest rules for both your building and Club Gilmore from the document section.
