High level Summary
Doorstep Delivery
By default, packages and parcels will be delivered directly to the door of your Unit. This is the recommended delivery method.
Signature-required packages will still be handled by the concierge if you're not home.
Parcel Room Delivery
Specify “Parcel Room” for Sensitive Packages: Sensitive packages can be delivered to the Parcel Room and must be specified on the delivery address.
Monitored by Cameras: The Parcel Room is monitored by security cameras and can be accessed using your fob without assistance.
Residents Must Fob In:. Even if someone holds the door open, every resident must fob in. Failure to do so will result in loss of access.
Collect Parcels in 3 Days or Less: Space is limited and residents are expected to collect your packages within 3 days. Packages not collected will incur a storage fee.
Abandoned Packages will be Returned: After a period of time packages are considered abandoned, and may be delivered to residents' doors or returned to sender.
No Liability for Strata for Packages in Parcel Room: Packages in storage are left at the risk of the resident and the strata corporation assumes no responsibility for the contents stored in the building or for the loss of the package.
Parcel & Storage
Residents must pick up their package within three (3) days after it was delivered
On the 5th day a $5 storage fee per day will be charged until the parcel is collected.
