We’re excited to continue rolling out the Xplor booking system at Gilmore Place. This platform will continue to evolve over the coming months and years as we refine the resident experience.
Please note: the Club Attendant is NOT a help desk for booking system inquiries. We kindly ask that residents first consult the available resources to troubleshoot any issues they encounter. If you're unable to resolve your issue using those tools, you may submit a support request via the designated Google Form.

TICKET RESPONSE TIME
The team will try to respond and remediate your time within 4 hours, but this may vary depending on work load and other activities occurring at the time. Please do not call, or turn up to the office within a day of submitting your ticket its not helpful. Patience is a virtue, please exercise that skill.
